The following information is provided pursuant to Articles 13-14 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

This document aims to inform users of the website created and managed by Mr. Battistoni Ivan on how VILLAGREGHE.IT collects, shares, and uses personal information, as well as how users can exercise their rights to protect their privacy.

d) PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS: The processing of personal data has the following purposes:
1) Enable and manage the registration/creation of the account for this website,
2) Enable the User to use the services provided through this website,
3) With specific consent, allow VILLAGREGHE.IT, as well as individuals or legal entities contractually linked to VILLAGREGHE.IT, to send informative and commercial communications, including promotional materials and newsletters,
4) With specific consent, for profiling activities to allow the processing and conducting of statistical studies and market research, as well as the analysis of tastes, preferences, habits, needs, and consumption choices, and to receive personalized offers based on purchasing preferences.
e) MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF DATA PROVISION: The provision of data is optional, but failure to provide it for the purposes mentioned in points 1) and 2) will make it impossible to use some services accessible only through the website, such as registration for training events.

Therefore, upon expiration of this period, the right of access, deletion, rectification, and the right to data portability cannot be exercised.
